Background: Umetarou is the high school student that is the object of Chiyo Sakura's affection. He is secretly a manga artist named Sakiko Yumeno, the creator of the shoujo manga "Let's Love~". This manga is published in the magazine called Monthly Shoujo Romance. Despite making a romance-oriented manga, he has no personal experience in love, and his story ideas are often ridiculous and farfetched. He appreciates Chiyo's drawing ability but is oblivious to her feelings.

Reason for CotM: Yet another character from Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun so soon? Well what can I say? The anime is top notch and it’s all thanks to the vast number of likable characters. One of them being the great Nozaki himself. He’s absolutely amazing and the latest two episodes made me fall in love with him more. His calm, stoic nature makes his weird one liners even funnier. Nozaki’s complete obliviousness to romance and need to unique in the shoujo world makes for some of the best laughs in anime.
